Continuous Development-Focused Training Programme Held at PODIM Sanding
As PODIM Sanding, we have added another training programme to our ongoing development initiatives aimed at enhancing our employees’ competencies and making our processes more efficient and sustainable.
During the training programme held on 12 August 2025, our employees received comprehensive information on Gemba Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) and Work Measurement.
The training covered:
- Identifying real problems by observing the field using the Gemba approach,
- Spreading a culture of improvement through small but continuous steps using the Kaizen philosophy,
- Conducting efficiency analyses in processes using work measurement techniques, among other topics, were discussed in detail.
Participants had the opportunity to reinforce their knowledge through practical exercises as well as theoretical information. These training sessions aim to increase internal efficiency within the company and strengthen our employees’ problem-solving skills.
