Lean Production Training at PODİM!

In order to ensure that our employees adopt lean thinking in production processes, to increase quality and productivity by creating order and discipline in the workplace, to increase efficiency, reduce waste and spread a culture of continuous improvement, a training course on Lean Production Tools and Types of Waste was held at our company PODİM.

In this training, the following topics were covered in line with the basic principles of lean production:
